Thomas Berquist Steve: I just wanted to let you know I am meeting one on one with Dave Argall, the republican nominee for the 17th US congressional district on Monday evening June 21st. I will post my questions and his responses after our meeting. I had supported Allen Griffith during the campaign.

Richard Saunders Imagine if you were frightened to go to the Appalachian Trail or Colonel Denning State Park because of concerns such as these ...

http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/region_central_southern_az/other/mexican-drug-cartels-now-control-parts-of-arizona

Basically - This Park has been taken over by illegal activities and law breakers - and we are told that the USA is not capable of stopping this? Or perhaps the US simply does not have the "WILL" to stand up to those who break our laws?

I'll let YOU decide!

Thomas Berquist This is my third e-mail to Holden. He has not responded in any fashion so far. We need to press him to sign this petition. Thanks July 29, 2010 Rep Holden: I have asked you twice to sign the petition sponsored by REP King, to vote again on the Health care bill passed this spring. You voted no then and I would like you to sign the petition and vote no again. As of now 168 house members have signed this petition. If you refuse to sign the petition I want a specific answer as to why. Thank you The proposal states: "Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Steve King of Iowa, move to discharge the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, Education and Labor, the Judiciary, Natural Resources, Rules, House Administration and Appropriations from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 4972) to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was referred to said committees on March 25, 2010, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures."
