My fellow Patriots, tea party and 912 Members,
It is me again with my message for all my member associates. As you know my name is John Smaldone, I am a member of the Tea Party Nation,Tea Party Patriots, the Cross County Patriots and the Smokey Mountain Tea Party Patriots and proud of it. I am writing the tea party organizers and tea party and 912 members because I continue to seek your help in fighting for the goals we share. Because of this I am sending everyone this letter and calling on you and the other tea party and 912 members for help. I have had a petition campaign going on now for over 6 months. The goal is to get 100,000 petitions, minimum. I have 3 congressmen and 2 senators that are willing to take it to the floor in a proposal fashion if I can reach the amount of petitions needed.
I am NOT looking for donations, in fact I will NOT except any. I have been doing this through building an internet chain reaction and any cost related items have been at my own expense. I must say it has not been easy to reach our goal. I get petition's coming in daily but no where near enough. I work a full time job and burn the midnight candle every night answering the petitions coming in and sending out E-Mails like this to people like you, crying for help.
The tea party and 912 movements are getting more involved with my petition campaign. I am asking the members to fill out the petition on line and get other members to join in. My hope is that this petition will strengthen both of our positions and unite us into one, which this is what we need to take back America.
I contracted Lung cancer 18 months ago, I had surgery a year ago to have the lower portion of my right Lung removed. However, I am a cancer survivor. My life took on a different meaning from that point on. I am 65 years old, married for 45 years, have 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren. I have been in the mortgage banking industry for 42 years of which the past 9 years have been in the Reverse Mortgage industry working with senior citizens. I served my country proudly in the US Air Force. I am telling you all this so you will have a better understanding of me and my motivation for starting this campaign. The website is:

I ask you to please go to the site and read the 12 page outline, which includes 13 issues the petition stands for. If after you read it and if you believe in most of what it stands for along with the philosophy behind the outline and issues, please consider helping me.
If you don't believe in the issues that the petition stands for, I will understand and respect your views. We have so many challenges and things that are wrong in our great nation today, the God and Country petition only touches on a fraction of them. If you do believe in it for the most part, I need all of my tea party associates to help me.
When you fill out the petition, please put the TEA PARTY OR 912 organization you belong to in the comments section of the petition, we want it to be known that these are tea party and 912 members from all over the country. I appreciate all of you.

I am the leader of the Staten Island NY Tea Party. My Congressman, Michael McMahon (D - 13th) has been identified as potentially switching his NO vote on healthcare to a YES under pressure from Pelosi/Obama. We are carefully monitoring the situation here and would like everyone to know that when it looks like it may happen we will be calling for a MASSIVE MASSIVE rally to make it clear to Congressman McMahon that we do not want this and his vote affects the WHOLE COUNTRY. Please be on the lookout for info about a rally if we call for it as we fully expect you and all the other tri-state area Tea Parties to descend on Staten Island. stop going to Mardi-gras in New Orleans >>OR<< when ON VACATION I
will drive around Nebraska
If *Nebraska and Louisiana and Connecticut* are going to take us to the
Cleaners in the Senate for hundreds of millions of dollars , under
forced tax and spend laws. What is to stop the other people from other
States from simply NOT spending by "free choice" their own money in
other States. Such as those with bribed Senators....
Suppose we all stop going to Mardi-gras in New Orleans, it just got
marked off my list of future vacations and I'll do an extra bit of work
to avoid doing business or have any business dealings with Louisiana.
I'll buy no more insurance or financial products from Connecticut.
The Same goes for Nebraska, when ON VACATION I will drive around
Nebraska, I'll plan my trips to visit their neighbors. I will buy as
little as I can that's made there and I will no longer do business with
Nebraska based businesses. Check your internet purchases and don't buy
from these three States. Help the Senators become the pariah of their
States for their lack of ethics.
We'll see if Maybe Louisiana and Nebraska will lose what they gained
by selling out the people in other States.
I know they've lost my vacation dollars instantly(the loss has begun)
when they vote for this Health care bill. Good luck to their residents
who will pay the price for their Senators greed and bribery.
I will with my every dollar spent....
*VOTE_AGAINST_THE_STATES_THAT_HAVE_TRIED_TO_STEAL_FROM_ME*
I hope the honest people move out of State or recall their Senators and
put them on trial for bribery and theft, because I see this as a
movement adopted by *TEA PARTY PEOPLE* to make their voice heard by the
States that are against freedom and constitutional authority.
GET READY FOR A HUGE STINK RAISED BY TEA PARTY MEMBERS.
And I see it happening starting this year...... New Orleans might as
well find a new industry and forget tourism, they just lost 50% of their
customers.
We need to make *Mary Landrieu, Ben Nelson and Chris Dodd* famous for
their decision to destroy their State's economy by bringing a National
black eye(Bribery) onto them and the resulting economic collapse due to
the States full of honest people who believe in the Constitution and
refusing to do business or visit those States.
