LAST stand against health care reform
We are in need of a makeshift stage, a bullhorn (or a mic/amp and power for it). We also want to have an open mic so anyone can talk. At the very least we could use someone with a pickup truck and whoever is speaking can stand in the bed of the truck with the bullhorn. I know you are tired and these health care protests are growing old but you cannot give up your freedom so easily. Thomas Paine said it best: "These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph."
