The same policy that enabled authorities at the IRS to slow-roll the tax-exempt-status applications of tea-party groups remains on the books, according to a watchdog group. The Daily Caller has the story: The federal tax agency’s policy requires IRS officials to stop processing tax-exempt applications that are “likely to attract media or congressional attention,” the Cause of Action Institute said in a report made public Wednesday.
