Burwell a Bit Longer “Will the Supreme Court choose to hear King v Burwell, the case regarding the delivery of subsidies in states without a state-based exchange? Today the court chose to delay its answer for at least a week. Last Friday the Supreme Court considered an appeal of the King v Burwell decision. The court could have chosen to hear the case or it could have rejected the appeal altogether. Instead the Court chose to re-list the case for more discussion this week. HEALTHCARE: ObamaCare insurance navigator with rocky history gets even more taxpayer money “The federal government is giving an ObamaCare insurance navigator Seedco, which has a reported history of fraud, $1.4 million to operate in Tennessee this fiscal year. Last year, Seedco received $1.2 million for the same services in Tennessee.
