Amid the controversy in Maryland over the alleged gang rape of a teenage girl by two young men, one of whom is an illegal immigrant who was detained and then released, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is cracking down on cities that fail to enforce federal immigration laws by cutting off federal funding.
