Shouldn’t we be focusing on using the laws to sue Congress for not upholding their oath of office and have them removed, and reinstitute The Constitution, than throwing people into the pool and hoping they can learn to swim and change things from within?

Precisely! It seems to me that our federal government has become the repository of choice for those incapable of sustaining themselves in the private sector. I aver that current day politicians are nothing more than normal people looking to make a living. Congressional Representatives are not held accountable by the electorate which continues to re-elect them. The Media, once considered the unofficial fourth branch of government, now provides nothing more than Kabuki Theater for the masses. This is why I pray for and financially support organizations such as this one. We need the proper vetting of candidates to offset the influence of the bureaucracies know as the Republican and Democrat Parties. I offer you kudos for your insight.

To take any legal action, one must have a legal system to do it. Our problem is that the educators and the lawyers are complicit. With Eric Holder and his friend Barry running this show, the last thing that will happen is a loyal public servant doing their duty.
And, yes, every single legislator who votes to spend money that will take longer than their tenure to collect appears to violate the 14 th amendment, it is involuntary servitude upon our grandchildren.
you are absolutly right… look at the way they covered up fast an furious, benghazi, the eligibility of obama, how the attack every state that tries to enforce immigration laws and the list goes on of law breaking, violating the constitution with every move they make, putting the most vile creatures on the SCOTUS… there wouldnt be a judge or host of lawyers in the country that would go within a stones throw of a case like that…

Legal action will involve the courts not Congress or the Justice Department. We need lots of high end lawyers.

The House just approved a bill that has NO spending cuts and raises taxes a mere additional 600 billion dollars over a 10-year period of time, while the dificit will continue to be 1.3+ trillion dollars. Let’s calculate the effect of that…
1.3+ trillion dollars times 10 years minus 600 billion dollars, plus the existing 16.5 trillion dollars.
An idiot can tell you that government will collapse.
Boehner has to be removed from the Speaker’s chair. If he is not removed, the country will collapse in our lifetime.

The fical cliff bill included full funding for food stamps, so no cuts there.
I don’t believe anyone could go to court against Congress per say, on a national level all at once, but there are local organizations that if confronted and forced to uphold local and State Constitutional laws, as well question Federal law as Arizona, Texas, Alaska and many others are doing, then the system could be cleaned up from the local level, to the State level, to the Federal level, just like it’s been disassembled.
