This week we are focusing on the Senate. For too long the Senate has stood by and done nothing that the American people want. It is time for us to send a message LOUD and CLEAR! This week we will be demanding that the Senate take up a vote for Full Repeal of ObamaTax. Even if they don’t have the spines to give the American people what they want, it is important for us to have them on record.
ACTIONS:
Monday: Mobilize Monday – Contact all of your patriot friends and urge them to be prepared for this week’s engagements. We need as many hands on deck as possible! Send them here to Join.
Tuesday: Tweet Your Senator(s) Tuesday. We need as many people tweeting on Tuesday as possible. We will send an email out with links and sample tweets to help get you started.
Wednesday: We The People Wednesday. The majority of the American people want ObamaTax Repealed. We the People will make our voices heard through phone calls to our Senators’ offices demanding a vote for full repeal.
Thursday: Deal in the District Thursday. We are asking that as many people as possible make a stop into your Senators’ local offices on Thursday to deliver a letter demanding for a vote on Full Repeal of ObamaTax in the Senate.
Friday: Light the Lines on Fire Friday. Friday we are going to focus on Harry Reid. He is the Senate Majority Leader and the one man standing between us and a vote for Full Repeal in the Senate. We are going to call his office and Tweet him until he finally agrees to have a vote on Full Repeal in the Senate.

I think everyone should be going after obama on this small arms treaty. our guns are our last protection against tyranny. And i think the US should drop out of the UN altogether. that will put pressure on the federal reserve as they are ass deep in the UN.

Terry: Forgive me, but I am wondering whether you have a clear understanding of who will be taxed under the Affordable Care Act. If you already know, that’s great, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to lay out the particulars:
- You will pay a penalty if you can afford to purchase health insurance but choose not to. In 2014, when the requirement takes effect, the minimum “tax” or penalty for not purchasing insurance will be $95.
Here’s a thorough discussion of the way the penalties will be assessed, including who will be exempt because they don’t earn enough (individuals under age 65 earning $9,500 and married people filing jointly earning less than $19,000. According to Factcheck.org, in 2016, when fully phased in “the minimum assessment will be $695 per person (but no more than $2,085 per family). The amount can be higher depending on income. But there are exemptions for low-income persons and others.”

So, to sum up: if you buy health insurance, you won’t pay the tax. And if you can’t afford to buy it, you won’t pay the tax.
And if you think you can’t afford to buy it, you might be surprised to learn that the plan provides tax credits and subsidies on a sliding scale for people to purchase insurance. Families of four earning between $33,075 and $88,200 would be eligible for the subsidies).
Other taxes are in fact part of the legislation, but they will affect very few people:
- a tax on very high-cost employer-provided insurance plans
- a tax on capital gains, interest, and dividends for families earning over $250,000 a year. If you sell your house, the first $250,000 in profit from the sale of a personal residence won’t be taxed, or the first $500,000 in the case of a married couple. With a democratic majority the Senate will not repeal. It is quite obvious how the politicians do not give a hoot of what the people want. There are too many private interests involved this bill, as a payback for their financial support to dems. So to think they will repeal is foolish. Give onto Caesar what is Caesar’s. But seriously why do you people hate taxes? It pays for things like roads, schools, the military, the police force, the fire department, National Parks, and so much more that so many Americans take for granted. The only real problem is that the tax code is so out of control that if you try and read it you will go blind and insane.
Many religious people read we are citizens of heaven and to render to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and they leave it at that. Yet the Good Book also says to let those who govern do so diligently, and to respect those in authority. Well, in the U.S., it is We who govern, “We the People….do ordain and establish…. all…Powers herein granted…” With our nation 15 TRILLION in debt, it’s time for each one of us to start taking responsibility and making the effort to help government go on a diet. Higher taxes will only drive away capital at this point. We are already in a catch 22 because raising the interest rates to a level that will help business investment will raise the cost of servicing the national debt (this not even paying it down) to requiring one-third or more of the money we actually take in, instead of requiring one-fifth which is what servicing presently requires. And this assumes no new debt spending moving forward, because it would only increase the amount we spend servicing the debt. IMAGINE what we could do as a nation without all of this debt.
The next time you hear President Obama or a member of his cabinet telling an untruth, flagrantly ignorning congress or circumventing the Constitution, remember this quote from Algernon Sidney, who opposed the tyranny of King Charles II of England in the 1600′s: “It cannot be for the good of the People that the Magistrate have a power above the Law: and he is not a Magistrate who has not his power by Law…But nothing can be more absurd than to say, that one man has an absolute power above law to govern according to his will, ‘for the people’s good, and the preservation of their liberty’….”

The US founding fathers undertook high risks to their personal security and survival to get rid of king George and other political elites. It was impressive what they accomplished, a first in world history.
Over the last century, the political elites have kept working to incrementally remove the limits of the constitution on their power. Thus we now have king Pelosi, king Reid, king McConnell, king Boehner, king Hoyer along with con-artist-in-chief Obama.
Despite the revolution before 1800, the Declaration of Independence, the US constitution, the civil war, our forefathers largely winning two world wars and multiple other continuing activities of human violence driven by greed, hatred and claims of representing various gods, the kings and queens are back in America, just with a different title.
We need to veto Obama care. It is focused on entitlement and increased politician control of money and power to buy public votes with other people’s money. As usual, the politicians have exempted themselves from the same rules the require the rest of the public to adhere to.
Money is only a medium of exchange, thus has no intrinsic value. It is only worth what each and everyone of us, on average, is willing to do for it. Money is only symbolic of human time and effort (wether good or bad). As best I can tell, other living creatures on the planet don’t care about money.
Our modern day kings and queens keep making the US dollar worth less and less, despite every US citizen owing over $50,000 a piece in US federal debt. Our kings and queens keep suckering the majority among us to make each dollar worth less at an ever faster rate, just so they get to keep more money and power unto themselves.

1. There is a never-ceasing assault on our 2nd amendment rights. No one ever seems to ask the obvious question, “what could the Government’s true reason be for their determination to disarm our public?”. Maybe we should check with the citizens of Syria to get the answer.
B. isn’t it amazing that our government approved guns being sent to Mexico (Fast and Furious) but they want us to be without personal protection from criminals?
2. There are 64 bases in the U.S. housing unmanned drones waiting for FAA approval to spy on U.S. citizens. Oh..did I mention they are fully capable of being armed?
3. The CIA is now active in the U.S. even though it was chartered to function only outside our boundaries.
4. The NSA is electronically gathering serious amounts of personal information on U.S. citizens with the help of companies like Google and AT&T.
5. The FED makes all monetary policy for this U.S., yet it is a private origination and has absolutely NO oversight by congress or anyone else. A bill passed the House but our Dem-o-rat friends in the senate won’t allow it to even come to a vote.
In my 60 odd years I’ve never seen politicians who would look it’s constituents in the eye and tell them, ” we don’t care what you want – we’re going to do things our way!”.
I just hope enough people recognize the jam this country is in and will take the necessary action to fix it this November.
Last thing is to do with the National media. They DO get what the tea party is about. They try to dupe us into thinking they don’t.. but they do and it scares the ever-loving Hades out of them to think that those who share our beliefs might get voted into office. Therefore, they are going to do or say anything they possibly can to make us look like right wing radicals, crazy people, backwoodsmen. This is only an effort to discredit our movement and discourage anyone from either taking it seriously or possibly joining us. The more they bitch and whine the more we are scaring them.

Factcheck.org, the non-partisan fact-checker, has a new, comprehensive analysis that may answer a lot of the concerns expressed here about taxes and the Affordable Care Act. Here’s the quick summary, but there’s a lot more explanation if you follow the link:
“In what has become a Republican talking point, several GOP lawmakers have wrongly claimed that a Congressional Budget Office report said that 75 percent of the federal health care law’s taxes would be paid by those earning less than $120,000 a year. That’s not what the CBO said. It found that 76 percent of those who would pay the penalty for not having insurance in 2016 would earn under $120,000. The average annual penalty — which the Supreme Court labeled a tax — is $667 for those individuals. Most of the total tax revenue from the penalty would be paid by those earning more than $120,000 a year.
“In addition, Rep. Steve Pearce of New Mexico went beyond the language used by the high court in calling the cost of an insurance policy a ‘tax’ when he said: ‘[T]he average American family will pay roughly $4,700 a year in new taxes.’ His office told us that was a reference to what an employee might pay for family insurance premiums. For starters, the ‘average American family’ already has insurance. Plus, paying a premium to an insurance company isn’t paying a tax, by the standard definition, and most of those who stand to gain insurance under the law would receive subsidies to do so.”

While so many of you believe there’s some kind of tax involved in the ACA that everyone will pay, there just isn’t. If you buy insurance, you won’t pay the penalty that the Supreme Court called a tax. The penalty only applies to people who can afford to buy insurance but choose not to. Most people already do buy insurance, so they won’t be affected either by the mandate to purchase insurance or the penalty. However, they may stand to gain from subsidies available to families earning between $33,000 and $88,000 to help them purchase insurance on the new exchanges which come online in 2014.

Harry Reid is a coward. He is afraid to bring it up for a vote on the Senate floor, he knows it will be repealed. The only thing he cares about is cowboy poetry. Senator Jay Rockefeller is not our friend! He is fully behind Obama in every way and supports Obama’s tax plan without reservation. Senator Jay Rockefeller must go when his term is up in 2014! If the 17th Amendment was repealed the Obamacare bill would never have been brought before the senate never mind being passed. Let’s return the senators accountability back to the states and put a strangle hold on the federal government. A national movement to repeal the 17th Amendment is what we should be focused on now before it’s too late.
