Take a look at just five of the ways the GOP/Tea Baggers would hurt millions of Americans if the Koch Brothers and Insurance Lobby get their way. Tea Baggers duped and Brainwashed by the lies of Fox “news” AFP and ALEC vote against their economic, social, environmental and Health care interests.
1.Millions of Americans could lose access to preventive services, including cancer screenings, blood pressure tests, and flu shots. [Source: HHS]

Well Bob your interpretation of how Obamacare would affect us is possibly correct to some degree but for me I would like to add that this healthcare bill will impact our family as such-being that my husband has been on Medicare due to a long term illness for years now we learn that the Dear Pres is asking HHS to wait until after the election to send out notices to 2 million Senior Advantage patients telling them the program has been cancelled. My husband has been with his provider for 25 years and yes he belongs to an HMO. His carrier has saved his life over 5 times and now that we have learned the facts about Obamacare I like it even less than I did when I went to my first Tea Party rally. My husand and I worked all of our lives for a decent living and under no circumstance do we want to be kicked onto a Gosh Darn Medicaid program because of a program called the Affordable Care Act. First it’s not affordable-becuase my premiums went up immediately after the darn act was passed and I personally had to increase my deductible just to keep 80 percent coverage with a 5,000 deductible and still pay huge monthly ins payments. You are a troll!

Not to mention that Obama HIMSELF cut 535 BILLION dollars from Medicare so he could count it TWICE as “savings”. As President Reagan said, “You’re entitled to make your own opinions, but not your own facts.”

AS GOD IS MY WITNESS. . . I will never comply with ObamaCare, including the so-called individual mandate requiring most Americans to obtain health insurance starting in 2014.
Furthermore I will continually milk the health care system to the fullest of my ability under ObamaCare. I will not pay for anything while taking full advantage of using the system in acquiring every medical treatment and medication possible.

As for yourself, I’ve come to the conclusion Socialist Liberalism is a mental disorder, it affects the brains ability to rationalize, deal with facts, or carry on civilized debates. Apparently we have no cure for Socialist Liberalism.
For myself, the United States will never solve its fiscal or societal dilemmas until its citizens, led by principled leaders unafraid to tell the truth, understand what “rights” are and that life is inherently inequitable and difficult. Government, which is made up of fallible human beings, cannot make life fair and guarantee equal outcomes; it can only provide a framework to enable the individual to pursue those goal. History has shown that to do otherwise condemns that nation to an inevitable collapse.

just wanted to add a small notation. i live in massachusetts and since romney care has been implimented at the end of our state arsenal, middle class people who actually pay for health insurance, they’re premiums have grown thirty percent..
but i guess if you want to look at the up side, if all obama care goes through we wont have to worry about those canucks coming down and stealing our health care, they’ll have to wait in line just like everyone else..
Marx and Lenin would be jumping for joy at this outcome. Its part of the foundation of their from of government. Doubt it?? Look up the mandates of the communist party regarding taking control of a nation. It is in the writings of some famous people. Bill Ayers and Hillary Clinton to name a few. The idea of central government is fundamental in the success of communism. Obama promised change, now you have it. Just one step in taking away what freedom we have left.

I can hardly recognize this country anymore. You can’t call yourself an American if you’re not outraged. This is a fight we should all be ready and willing to have.
lived for 30 years in England before coming to the USA 20 years ago.
I had 3 brothers and 2 sisters, I had asthma as a kid. My mother is 82 and still living in England. My mum is still receiving excellent Healthcare and recently had and operation on her eyes to improve her vision. When I was a kid I frequently went to the doctor and sometimes the hospital for asthmah. The healthcare system in England has it’s problems but it is the best thing about the Country. I work for a large corporation in the US and have good health insurance. It does not compare to the system in England. If I go to the doctor I, which I never do unless I’m really sick I receive a letter saying this is not a bill, then about 3 months later I get the same letter saying I owe the money. England spends just less than half on each person that the US spends and has far better service. I phone Shawn Hannity twice when Obamas law was first proposed and both times they hung up.
John… let me clarify the 2 documents…. A co-pay is a co-pay…. The first letter tells you what the doctor submitted…. this is when you review the detail… If it is wrong you call the doctor, but many times most do not. Even I am guilty of not paying attention, but most do not take that look and read what the document really is pointing out. Then they are surprised when they receive the bill for their portion of the office/hospital visit.
If you have not noticed, since the HC bill was passed, our premiums went up, our deductibles have gone up, and anyone who owns a home will have to pay another 3.28% premium when they sell to send to OCare Inc. Plus, there are hooks in it to get to everyones 401k should the OCare need to. This bill is a fraud. The people who put it together are frauds, and those who voted for it are in a word…. idiots. But I digress… So John, I ask the simple question, if healthcare is the best thing about England, then why are there so many people coming to the USA to get healthcare and many are not from England too?
Don’t try to use reason, common sense, and fact John. That stuff doesn’t work here.

I have a close friend who is from england and he made a similar comment you made, i asked him: why did you come to america, he replied he wanted to start a business but he thought the goverment over there takes too much out succesive people … there is your answer right there america and england are diferrent countries with different values. again if you think they’re system is sooo great why did you leave!!!! from what i understand people die in english hospital hallways and canidians have two year waiting lists for common surguries..this country is a country of choice at the end of the week, with my own hard earned money. i would like to have heart attack at the hospital of my choice..you wanker!!!

Thanks for insults. I came to the US for a female. I now have 2 kids, if it wasn’t for my wife I would consider moving back to the UK.
The mandate was proposed by Newt Gingrich and the Heritage Foundation about 10 years ago. This was taken up by Obama and passed. I think the real reason that you are so mad is that Obama got it passed. If this had been proposed by a Republican, “we should stop people with no insurance freeloading on the rest of us” you would be all for it.

You have no facts to support any of your criticisms of the Affordable Care Act. But why let facts and a logical thought process get in the way. Rant away, knuckleheads!
