Say Aloha to the first Tea Party on the island of Kona, Hawaii!
The Kona Tea Party began its journey last year in a state famous for pineapple, Democrats and shark attacks (the political kind). Startled into action by the $23,000 debt each citizen of Hawaii carries from the government, The Kona Tea Party participated in roadside protests in the past, but have switched to an educational focus. “We are focused on creating a ‘sea change’ or shift in the culture of politics in the state of Hawaii which has always been a union-based, entitlement, big-spending Democratic party controlled political culture… We think if we can educate people in simple terms that they can relate to, then that may help to create a political ground swell that we need on the Big Island.”
Thank You Kona Tea Party!

The Kona Tea Party and the Kona Beer Party are going to move the state of Hawaii. We are going to move the conservative values of the home to the voting booth.
Go Kona. You have a very beautiful city. We have visited there many times at Kona Coast Resort.
